Return & Exchange Policy for Jewelry

If you have changed your mind, you may return the jewelry you purchased within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Returns are accepted when:

• you have first contacted the Customer Service Department at 210-6232853 or repair@doukissanomikou.com

• the jewelry has not been worn (other than trying it on)

• no intervention or alteration has been made to the product

• all accompanying items are returned (box, bag, receipt), as they are considered part of the product

• any free gift that accompanied the order is also returned in case of a refund

All returns must be previously declared in order to be processed correctly. Any unrecognized returns will be sent back to the sender.

Exchange of jewelry

The first exchange is free of charge, provided the shipment is made via ACS Courier.
If another courier company is used, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case of return, you may:

• replace with another product

• receive store credit for a future purchase

• receive a refund within 14 days

Refund

Shipments concerning refunds may be made through any courier company, and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To process a refund, the purchase receipt is required and the bank account holder’s name must match the name on the order.

For orders outside Greece, return or exchange costs are borne by the customer.

Return via Box Now

If you received your order via BOX NOW, you may return the product by using the 10-digit shipment number at the nearest Locker.

Sale Items

For products purchased during sales:

• refunds are not available

• you may exchange the product or receive store credit

Beauty Products Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products (such as perfumes, creams, oils), unless there was decay during transport.

In such a case, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
