The company Doukissa Nomikou repairs its jewelry when and if this is feasible. All jewelry sold through the online store www.doukissanomikou.com is covered by a 6-month warranty. The warranty is proven by the retail receipt or invoice.

The warranty indicatively covers: discoloration, looseness of the clasp, and detachment of zircon stones. It does not cover breakage, deformation, or issues that cannot occur on their own to the jewelry. A mandatory condition for accepting a piece for technical inspection, repair, or replacement is the presentation of one of the above purchase documents (warranty).

The company Doukissa Nomikou reserves the legal right not to accept a product for examination, repair, or replacement if the above conditions are not met or if the company’s terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

For sending a piece of jewelry for repair within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, the customer is not charged shipping costs, provided the shipment is made with our partner courier ACS Courier and Receiver Charged is selected.

For the customer’s convenience, there is the option to send the jewelry via our partner courier ACS Courier, selecting Receiver Charged. In this case, the total cost of €6.00 covers both the shipment to us and the return of the repaired jewelry to the customer. The amount is paid cash on delivery upon receipt of the repaired jewelry.

After 30 (thirty) days, the cost of sending the jewelry for repair as well as the cost of returning the repaired item is borne by the customer, who may choose any courier company they wish.

Please note that in case of detachment of a part or breakage, the customer must have all parts of the jewelry in their possession and send them to us.

The time required for repairing a piece of jewelry is up to thirty (30) business days.

REPLACEMENTS

All our jewelry undergoes thorough and detailed quality control before shipping. However, if a defect is found upon receipt, the Company will proceed with a replacement.

A product replacement can be made only if it is determined that the product was defective. The replacement period for a defective product is seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the product.
