REPAIRS - JEWELRY REPLACEMENTS
The Doukissa Nomikou company repairs its jewelry whenever and wherever this is technically possible.
All jewelry purchased through www.doukissanomikou.com is covered by a six (6) month warranty.
The warranty is valid provided that the jewelry has been used properly and in accordance with the care instructions supplied for each product.
The retail receipt or purchase invoice serves as proof of warranty.
The warranty covers, indicatively:
- Discoloration
- Loose clasps or fastening mechanisms
- Detached zircon stones
The warranty does not cover:
- Breakage
- Bent or distorted jewelry
- Damage or defects that cannot result from normal use of the jewelry
Any misuse of the jewelry automatically voids the warranty.
To submit a product for technical inspection, repair, or replacement, the customer must present one of the above-mentioned proof of purchase documents.
Doukissa Nomikou reserves the legal right to refuse inspection, repair, or replacement of a product if the above terms and conditions are not met.
Please note that in the event of a broken item or detached part, the customer must retain and send all parts of the jewelry. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being considered void.
The estimated repair time is up to thirty (30) days.
REPLACEMENTS
All our jewelry undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. However, if a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, we will arrange a replacement.
A product may only be replaced if it is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.
Replacement requests for defective products must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receiving the order.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping to and from our premises is free of charge only within the seven (7) business-day replacement period.
- After the 7-business-day period has expired, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose to use our partnered courier service using our company account, the total cost for collection and return of the product is €6.
- If you prefer to pay shipping costs by cash on delivery (COD), the total shipping cost is €9.
For repairs that are not covered by the warranty, we offer repair services at a minimum charge, depending on the nature of the damage.
